DeGirolamo (Mastriana); his daughter Concetta Carlson; his grandchildren, Derick, Brianna, Samantha, Kayla, Domenico, Lucas, Ryan and Sean; his great grandchild Brynnley; and his siblings, Paolo of Italy, Carlos of Italy, Teresa of Italy, Caterina of Italy, Antoinetta of Italy, Alba of Italy and Mario of Italy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the American Brain Tumor Association.
