We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2018, at the age of 93, Emma E. Behr (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parent Marie Baumann; her daughters, Carol and Joyce Billeck; her grandchildren, Scott Hall of Issaquah, David Billeck of Scranton, Stephen Billeck of Marshalls Creek, PA, Eric Hall of Prescott Valley, AZ, Leanne Yi of San Diego and Timothy Billeck of Wilkes Barre, PA.; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Hall, Madison, Vincent, Balin Migliori, Eric Hall and Michael Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stroudsburg PA 18360 or to the charity of one's choice.
