He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert H Labar and Evelyn Labar (Mohnal); his siblings, Elaine Singer, Herbert, Edward, Charles and Robert Labar; and his niece Cheryl Bishop.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Bishop of Marshalls Creek; his sibling's children, Sue Franklin (Bob), Eddie Labar, Charles Labar Jr., Frank Bishop, Brenda Callahan, Lisa Wright, Martha Logan, Marie Burns and Sharon Singer; his great-nephew Andrew Gould; and his great-niece Nichole Patterson.
