Laura H. Welter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 93, Laura H. Welter of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Heller and Alberta Heller (Florey); and her daughter Colleen McConnell. She is survived by: her son John McConnell (Connie) of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Jason McConnell (Crystal), Jonathan McConnell (Heather) and Kelly McGrogan (Drew); her great grandchildren, Owen McConnell, Miles McConnell, Ava McConnell, Ty McConnell, Trey McConnell, Paige McGrogan and Connor McGrogan; and her sister Romaine Wismer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
