She is survived by: her grandsons, Ryan Koczot of North Carolina and Brad Koczot of Colorado; her great grandchildren, Jaden Koczot and Finnegan Koczot; Steven Hoffman of Denver, CO, Patricia Hoffman of Lady Lake, FL, Brenda Koczot-Snell (Jeff) and Suzanne Hoffman.
