Mazzei (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic T. Mazzei; and her parents, Marvin Gallagher and Lorna Gallagher (McAuley). She is survived by: her brother Don Gallagher (Tammy Gallagher) of Poulsbo, WA; her nephew Kyle Gallagher of Seattle, WA; and her niece Julianne Just of Burbank, CA..
In lieu of flowers, it was Nancy's request that memorial remembrances be made to the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center, 181 East Brown Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
