It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Seip (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 17, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Seip and Beatrice Decker Seip; his son Richard Allen Seip; his brother Robert H. Seip; his daughter-in-law Linda Joy Seip; and his great-niece Alyssa Rachel Toner.
He is survived by: his spouse Ethel Lynn Seip (Werkheiser); his children, Eagle, Cub Master, Michael of Stroudsburg and Jim (Jen) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Jarrett, Noah, Jonah and Marisa; and his sisters, Mary Burd of York and Jean Snyder of East Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great friends.
