It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Carlton (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Mizpah, New Jersey, who passed away on March 2, 1996, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Shepherd Hayes; her siblings, Faye Rutz, Kelly Vaughn and Charles Vaughn; and her son-in-law David Macmillan.
She is survived by: her parent Jane Hayes (Quick); her daughters, Sherry Gordon (Larry) of The Villages and Jan Macmillan of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Wesley Gordon (Amy), Bradley Gordon (Jenny), Jeffrey Gordon (Sandy), Christopher Gordon (Kristen), Ian Macmillan (Sarah) and Erin Henry (Macmillan); her great grandchildren, Serena Green, Sage Macmillan, Liam Macmillan, Emma Gordon, Avery Gordon and Makenna Gordon; and her sister Judy Vaughn.
