He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kowalyshyn (West); his sons, Alexander Kowalyshyn of Nazareth and Andrew Kowalyshyn (Heidi) of Denver, CO; his granddaughter Alana Kowalyshyn; and his sisters, Olga Dorosh of Whitehall, Marianne Dworakivsky of Northampton and Kathryn Fedko of Washington.
