He was predeceased by: his spouse Blanche McNeil (Mery); his parent Roy L.; his siblings, Paul McNeil and Betty John; and his son-in-law Russell Allen.

He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth McNeil (Thomas); his daughter Kay D. Allen of Deering, NH; his granddaughter Jill Burns (Jim) of Wilton, NH; and his great grandchildren, Adam Rapp and Aidan Rapp.
