He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Smith (Chighizola); his children, William Smth Jr. (Ashley), Kristopher Smith, Jordan Smith and Amber Smith; his siblings, Harvey Smith and Johanna Hineline; and his grandson Wyatt Smith.
