He is survived by: his children, Donald Smale (Catherine) of Summit Hill, Lee Walck (Lisa Gombert) of Summit Hill and Tammy Derr (Jodi) of Summit Hill; his siblings, Clarence Smale of Lehighton, Harvey Smale of Hometown, Herman Smale of Palmerton, Earl Smale of Jim Thorpe and Doris Serfass of Yardley; and his sister-in-law Edna Smale of Lehighton. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
