He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Felker and Mae M. Felker (Spiece); and his brothers, Robert, William, Lewis and Donald Felker.

He is survived by: his nephew William Maurer; his sister Fay Maurer of Hatboro, PA.; and his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Felker, Robert Felker, Carla Maurer Waddington, Donna Felker and Jen Felker Wagner.
