He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wilson and Arlene Fulmer (Heller); his son Jeffrey Michael Fulmer; and his brother Ronald Fulmer. He is survived by: his significant other Anthony Bongiovi; his children, Brant Robert Fulmer and Nicole Lara Miller; his grandchildren, Maxwell Stephen Fulmer, Leo Michael Fulmer, Cassandra Nicole Fulmer, Adeline Grace Miller and Lily London Miller; his siblings, Howard Fulmer, Sandra Fulmer, Terrence Fulmer (Betty, Orlando, Fla), Gerald Fulmer and Perry Fulmer; and his former wife Patricia Fulmer.
