He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson B. Mull and Sara P. Mull (Helt); and his brother Robert Mull. He is survived by: his wife Juliann Steinbacher; his daughters, Deb Matter of Milton and Donna Kerstetter of Lancaster; his siblings, Ronald Mull (Amy) of Milton and Dorothy Paige (Will) of Montandon; his sister-in-law June Mull of Milton; and his stepchildren, Annette Maggs of Williamsport, Christopher Stopper of Milton and Brian Stopper of Williamsport. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Due to the pandemic there will be no services.
