He is survived by: his parent Miriam Ross Sr. (Hoagland); his brother Robert Wynn; his mother-in-law Sandra Bogart of Elysburg; and his sister-in-law Tammy Griffin (Arthur). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
