He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster A. Hull and Anna Hull (Curtis); and his daughter Linda. He is survived by: his wife Lois M. Cook; his sons, Shaun L. (Karen L. Hull) and N. Curtis (Brenda L. Hull); his granddaughters, Lindsey Scholl, Justine Brown (Andrew), Sara, Ellen and Olivia Hull; and his great grandchildren, Ruger and Piper Scholl.
