She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Forney and Blanche Forney (Jackson); and her stepdaughter Lynn Reed. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammi J. (Ramon Jimenez) and Yvonne Miles; and her stepchildren, Ronald Mull (Sharon), Doris (David Heemer) and Floyd Carr, Jr. (Jean). She is also survived by four grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; ten step great-grandchildren and a sister.
