Richard Willard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 86, Richard Willard of Sunbury, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester O. Willard and Cecelia Willard (Sprenkle); and his siblings, Lester, Robert Willard, Effie Herman, Delores Eister and Gloria Stebbins.
He is survived by: his wife Norma E. Delbaugh; his children, Steve A. (Candace A. Willard), Scott E. Willard of Sunbury and Jenifer A. (Karen Willard-Miller) of Sunbury; his granddaughters, Katie, Lauren and Mya; and his great grandchildren, Lila, Emily, Lucy and Mason. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
