He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mantz and Catherine Mantz (McGlinn); his son Wayne R. Mantz, Jr.; and his wife Lucinda Mantz (Conroy). He is survived by: his nephew Charles "Hank" Bidelspach; his children, Michelle M. Mantz (Ed Skeba) of Sunbury and Matthew C. Mantz (Erica Thomas) of Sunbury; his stepchildren, Dominic Clausen of Northumberland and Tonya Lance of Camas; and his grandchildren, Cole, Reagan, Brynne Herrold, Sophia Mantz, Oliver Lance and Isaiah Clausen.
