He was predeceased by: his son Chad Jr.; his uncle Bud Welch; and his grandparents, Emma, Wandell Welch, Frances and Howard Seamans.
He is survived by: his wife April Welch; his daughters, Faith (Stephan) and Brooke; his parents, Donna Seamans and Wilson Seamans; his sisters, Emma and Kimberly (Josh); and his nephew Zach (Sarah). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
