Clare Stille Murphy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clare Stille Murphy of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, born in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stille and Isobel Stille (Sellen); her husband Leonard P. Murphy of Susquehanna, PA; her brother John Stille; her nephew Robert; her sister Elsie; and her brother-in-law Carl Valentine.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Varanun Murphy), Lynne (Andrew Majka), Thomas (Mary Murphy), Susan (Donald Johnson), Maureen (Martin Klees), Frances (Donald Arthur), Ruth (Michael Zeck) and Kathleen (Jeff Antonucci); and her sister-in-law Phyllis Stille. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Due to the CoVid-19 Pandemic, there will not be a viewing. Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
