He is survived by : his mother Charlotte Bulford Kosciuk; his siblings, Charles Kosciuk (Deborah), James Kosciuk (Tammy), Dale Kosciuk (Lori), Charlene Lamorte (Tim) of Ocala, FL and Elizabeth Davis (James); and his close friend Lorraine Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
