He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh and Barbara; and his son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Farence, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Beth I. Farence of Harrisburg and Kelly J. Patterson (Sonya C. Keller) of Sebastopol, California.; his grandchildren, Charles Farence, III and Ashley Farence; and his siblings, Tom Russell (Beverly) of Kona, Hawaii and Betsy Gunn (Donald Foley) of Scottsdale, Arizona.. He is also survived by father, and grandfather, to multiple dogs.
