He is survived by: his daughters, Ryan Burch, Raelynn Amrein and Fiance Rachel Ayers; his mother Janet Hollin; his stepfather Richard Hollin; and his siblings, Jodie, Todd Manning, Jeanine, Jeff Collins, Justin, Marla Amrein, Stan, Sarah French, Frank Conklin, Nicole and Michael Sellitto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
