He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Adornato and Marina Adornato; and his siblings, Rachel Adornato, Anthony, Francis and Philip Adornato.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his sons, Joseph (Sara Adornato) and Thomas (Stacy Adornato); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Hunter, Sara and Josephine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
