He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Opachick and Helen Opachick (Zowacki); and his nephew Jamie Cifra. He is survived by: his son Brandon Opachick; his sisters, Patti Mrochek and Linda Barbera (Brent); and his brother-in-law Dan Mrochek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
