She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl G. Kamionka and Clara M. Wiliszewski Kamionka; her daughter Jennifer Sincavage; and her siblings, Rose Marie Lee Kreider and Carl G. Kamionka Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Bart; her children, Michael Sincavage, Kenneth Sincavage (Maureen), Joann Sincavage (Lorie Mikielski) and Marybeth Czyzycki (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Penelope Sincavage, Logan Czyzycki and Raegan Czyzycki. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
