With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy E. Hosey Napierkowski of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hosey and Elizabeth Pesta Hosey; her husband Edward Napierkowski; her brothers, Donald and John Hosey; and her son-in-law Douglas Waymire.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Napierkowski (Raelene), Dallas, Lawrence Napierkowski (Christine) and Elizabeth Waymire; her grandchildren, Alexandria O'Connell (Jon), Ashleigh Hixenbaugh (Andy), Caitlin Fritz (Brad), Benton, Holly Hodgson (Justin), Jacob Napierkowski, Kingsley, Blaise and Damian Napierkowski; and her sisters, Rose Dunsmuir, Mildred Hosey and Mary Beauregard. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (116 Hughes St, Swoyersville, PA 18704). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
