We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025, at the age of 88, Francis S. Hovanec of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hovanec and Victoria Zavatski Hovanec; and his siblings, Florence Hovanec, John Robert Hovanec, George Hovanec and Mary Czerpak.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Carolyn Hovanec Lalos (Alexander Lalos) and Stephen Hovanec (Lorianne Allen Hovanec); his granddaughters, Alexandra Lalos Church (Kyle) and Stephanie Lalos Gray (Chris); and his sibling's child England.
