She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meckalavage Sr. and Stella Skiengel Meckalavage Songaila; her stepfather Peter Songaila; and her siblings, Dorothy Jean Meckalavage, John Meckalavage and Robert Meckalavage.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her son Matthew Bordy (Elizabeth); her granddaughters, Reagan and Hailey Bordy; her sister Geraldine Hulyo; her aunts, Sister Cynthia Skiendziel O. S. F. of Saint Joseph's Villa, Reading and Sister Melita Skiendziel O. S. F. of Saint Joseph's Villa, Reading; her sisters-in-law, Jean Meckalavage, Maureen Mello (Dan) and West of Wyoming; and her pet Spock. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, countless cousins, friends.
