He is survived by: his wife Sally Weisacosky (Sage); his children, Heidi Weisacosky Zook, Heather Weisacosky, Kimberly Cohen and Chris Boyer; and his grandchildren, Jacob Zook, Jeffery Zook, Ben Mellon, Ethan Cohen, Ani Boyer and Katie Weisacosky.
