He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Staines Sr. and Pauline Staines; and his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Staines III (Jennifer) and Keith Staines (Holly); his siblings, Robert Staines (Carol) and Joanne Iannucci; and his grandchildren, Breanna Morgan, Samantha Wilkinson, Jacob Staines, Maraina Wilkinson, Nicholas Staines, Zackary Staines and Luna Staines.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Angelone Funeral Home, Inc. (501 Easton Rd, Willow Grove, PA 19090). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Glenside, PA 19038).
