She is survived by: her children, Peter Smulligan (Stacy) of Schuylkill Haven, PA, Jeffrey Smulligan of Tamaqua, Lindsay Prosymchak (Dan) of Summerville, SC and Sheryl Neumayer (Jason) of Brockton, PA; her grandchildren, Samantha, Marlena, Kelci, Irvin Jr., Noah, Kennedy Johnson, Austin, Vaughn Smulligan, Brittany Noecker, Ashlee Laubenstine and Owen Neumayer; and her siblings, Patricia Smulligan (Karl) of Tamaqua, Nancy Gieniec (Edward) of Summit Hill, PA, Bill Reis Jr. (Mary Rose) of Walnutport, PA, Dennis Reis of Lansford, PA and John Reis (Michelle) of Lansford. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.
