Richard Hornbeck Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2025, Richard Hornbeck Jr. of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hornbeck, Sr.; and his stepfather William Fish. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Fish (Trudich) of Cumbola; his daughters, Stormi Jane Hornbeck of Tamaqua and Sierra Mikayla Nichols of Georgia; his granddaughters, Mikayla Jane Nichols and Addilynn May Nichols; and his siblings, Ronald Pratt of Lehighton, Earl Pratt, Mike Hornbeck of Clamtown and Betty Bauder of Cumbola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made towards the cost of the funeral in care of the funeral home.
