Hoak of Tarentum; her grandchildren, Richard Schuller, Mya of Tarentum, Abigail Schuller, Cory of Tarentum, Jarret W. Crowell, Jordan of Slate Lick and Ashlynn J. Anzaldi of Tarentum; and her great grandchildren, Richard Schuller, Landyn and Waylon Crowell. She is also survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother.
