We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 64, Joseph E. McCartney of Tarentum, Pennsylvania, born in California, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. McCartney and Elizabeth McCartney (Hamilton). He is survived by : his close friend Deanna Fleming of Tarentum; his children, Kelly J. Fleming of Natrona Heights, John M. McCartney of Nazareth and Joseph J. McCartney of Brackenridge; his grandchildren, Riley E. and Declan J.; and his sisters, Margaret M. Shetler (Robert) of Rural Valley and Elizabeth E. Bianco (Albert) of Brackenridge.
