With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louis F. Jones (Tarentum, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his son Greg; his parents, William and Elsie; and his brothers, William, Robert, George and Chuck.
He is survived by: his wife Luella; his sons, Jeff (New Kensington) and Scott of Akron, OH; his daughters-in-law, Cindy (Crytzer) and Niki (Lopane); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr., Jenna (Michael), Ashely, Ryan and Courtney (Jackson); his great grandchildren, Michael, Aliyah, Collin, Carson and Julia; and his sisters, Elsie, Virginia (John) and Beverly.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Lakewood Memorial Gardens (943 Gibsonia Rd, Cheswick, PA 15024).
