He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scandale and Lucia Torchia Scandale. He is survived by: his children, Michele Carl (Robert) and Michael Scandale of Washington; his stepson Jeffrey Anderson; his grandchildren, Chad Carl (Melina), Chelsey Carl (Andy Crawford), Sydney Scandale, Diana Denman and Brandon Thomas (Nicole); his siblings, Philomena "Chic" Scandale Onopiuk, Anthony P. Scandale "Tony" and Filomena "Minnie" Scandale; his daughter Sharon; his stepdaughter Melissa Anderson; Dolores Scandale and Idabelle Scandale. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
