She was predeceased by: her mother Celia Dalton Sampson; her husband Elton Carr; her daughters, Lana Rhodes and Kathy Bedillion; and her grandson Johnny Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Carr (Ralph) of Claysville, PA, Michelle Johnson (Dan) of Madison, AL, Janice Carr (Craig) of McMurray, PA and Julie Minch (Jay); her son-in-law Wendell Rhodes of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Derek Kuhlenschmidt (Lianne), Dani Vick (Will), Scott Sexton (Kayla), Sidney, Nicole Rhodes, Devin Carr (Jenny), Zack and Nathan Minch; and her brothers, Jerry, Jim and Bob. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
