He was predeceased by: his father James W. Howard; and his siblings, James Howard Jr. and Katherine Howard-Svitek. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Howard; his children, Tia Henderson, Scott Howard Jr., James Howard and David Howard; his stepson Rodney Curry; and his sister Tina Delassandro (Robert). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
