He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Wurst (Long); his parents, Charles Franklin, Sr. and Helen Wurst (Heebner); and his daughter Leora Lynn Guldin. He is survived by: his son David Allen Wurst (Susan L. Wurst). He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
