She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence E. Muthard (Larry); and her parents, Charles S. Parker and Myrtle F. Parker (Dietrich). She is survived by: her children, Jamie L. Beil (Clark Beil) of Fairfax, VA, Jodie D. Madueno (Pedro Madueno) of Muhlenberg Twp, Julie A. Pietrowski (Thomas Pietrowski) of Reading and Laurie M. Peer (Alan Peer) of Alsace Twp; her grandchildren, Chase Beil (Virginia), Katherine Beil (Virginia), Edward Madueno (Virginia), Elena Black (Matthew), Peter Madueno, Jennifer Kelly (Shawn), Thomas Pietrowski, Benjamin Peer (Thailand) and Adam Peer; her great grandchild Zayn Beil; and her siblings, Joyce Kemp and Kenneth Parker.
