He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Simmons; his parents, Leonard Simmons and Agnes Simmons; his son Michael Simmons (Janelle Fenstermacher); his grandchildren, Ty and Chase; his brother Alan Simmons (Veronica); his sibling's children, Daniel and Anne; and his stepson Kevin Martorana (Sondra).
