We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2020, at the age of 85, Jack Hoffman (Three Springs, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Hoffman and Alfaretta Hoffman; his wife Edna; his sister Sonja; his grandson-in-law Justin Reed; and his great grandchild Sierra Coons.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hoffman (Carol), Greg Hoffman (Helen), Michele Miller (Chip), Beth Anne Mellott (Mark) and Christine Hughes (Jason); and his sisters, Audrey Lane, Thelma Snyder and Iva Herbert of Siota, PA. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and his 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of the Living Water Church, 7735 Meadow Gap Rd, Three Springs, PA 17264.
