He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Brooks and Alma Brooks (Slocum); and his siblings, Donald Brooks and Bernice Seigworth. He is survived by : his wife Melanie L. Passauer-Brooks of Tionesta; his children, Terry Brooks (Lorraine) of Dorchester and Cindy McCandless (Terry) of Titusville, PA.; and his grandson Corey Brooks.
