He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin L. Franke and Eva E. Graham Franke; and his brothers, Marvin L. and Floyd N. Franke. He is survived by : his wife Margaret J. "Peg" Carr of Titusville; his children, Burtis J. Franke, Jr. (Vennie Walter) of Seneca, Timothy Franke (Lynda) of Centerville and Candy Gozzard (David) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Abigail Franke of Virginia, Burtis J. Franke III of Titusville, Calvin, Natalie Franke of Centerville, Hannah Gozzard of West Virginia and Emma Gozzard of Pittsburgh; his sister Flo Maxin (Fran) of Coraopolis; his sisters-in-law, Susan Franke of Pleasantville and Alberta Franke of Rosco, NY; and his aunt Sally Barker of Titusville. He is also survived by several brothers in-law, and sisters in-law; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
