It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence L. Kelly of Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Clarence Bortzer; and her siblings, Edith Price, Clarence Bortzer and Howard Bortzer. She is survived by : her siblings, Shirley Vincamp of Saegertown, Marjorie, Midge, Bickel of Titusville, Raymond, Ray, Jacob and Elmer; and her sister-in-law Sandy Bortzer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
