He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth Bush; and his brothers, Wilbur Bush and Harry Bush. He is survived by: his parent Emma Kunselman Bush; his siblings, Evelyn Crick (Al) of Jamestown, NY, John Bush (Patti) of Pleasantville and Van Bush (Lisa Campbell) of Pleasantville; and his sister-in-law Karen Bush of Titusville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the funeral home.
