He was predeceased by: his son Mark J. Burt; his grandson Daniel Drake; and his brothers, Gene Burt and Robert Burt. He is survived by: his wife Harriet Seyler Booth Burt; his daughters, Susan McCreary (Geoff) of North East, PA, Cheri Cunningham of Akron, OH and Mary Jane Johnson (Joseph) of Oil City; his stepchildren, Karen McCain (Charles) of Phoenix, AZ and Jeffrey Booth of Cleveland, OH; his grandchildren, Kevin Norr (Jennifer), Laura McWright (David), Greg Cunningham (Darrin Grelle), Molly Cunningham and Nicole Spader (Jaerdin); his stepgranddaughter Mandi Booth of Cleveland, OH; his siblings, Richard Burt of Oil City and Janet Orosz (Joseph) of Geneva, OH; his sister-in-law Cora Burt of Oil City; and his siblings' children, Lori Lyn Sasu, Robert Burt, Gary Burt and Darrin Burt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesbury Foundation, Titusville Methodist Church or charity of choice.
